What you are buying
A digital guidebook, “The 3 A.M. Reset: A Perimenopause Sleep Nightstand Playbook”, supplied as a PDF with printable companion files. The optional audio pack adds seven guided audio tracks, delivered as downloadable files. Nothing is shipped physically.
Price and payment
The guide is £19.99 and the audio pack is £8.99. Prices shown in other currencies are estimates for guidance only; payment is taken in pounds sterling and your bank sets the final converted amount.
Delivery
Access is immediate. Your download link appears on screen after payment and is also emailed to the address you provide. If it does not arrive, check your spam folder and then contact support.
Refunds
Digital downloads are exempt from the standard 14-day cancellation right once access begins, but we offer our own guarantee: if the protocol has not helped after seven nights of use, send us a message within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. You keep the PDF and its printable companion files; access to the audio pack files ends when the refund is issued.
Licence
Your purchase is a personal, non-transferable licence for one reader. Please do not resell, redistribute, or publish the files or audio tracks.
